New UK law proposed- To monitor everyone’s internet activities and communications within the UK
Under new legislation to be announced shortly, the UK government may be allowed to monitor all calls, emails, texts and website visits of everyone in the UK.
The initiative is aimed at confronting crime and terrorism, however not everyone agrees, with majority arguing that it is purely an invasion of innocent people’s privacy.
